Pro Boat Clean is operated by Richard and Wendy Jackson who moved to Florida with their 3 daughters and Golden Retriever in 2006 to set up the company. Since then they've added two more dogs who, of course, occasionally come to help out.

Richard was previously a CEO with over 20 years experience of leading businesses in the soft furnishings industry. Richard's other claim to fame was being the first captain of the England Deaf Rugby team from 2003 to 2006. He led the team to the 2004 Four Nations Championship including a victory over world champions Wales.
